Pumpkin Dip

  • 8 oz. light cream cheese
  • 1-15 ounce can pumpkin
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Place all ingredients in bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Serve with graham crackers, gingersnaps, apple slices, etc.

    This looks so delicious!

    Can this be adapted for a fresh pumpkin? I’m making a pumpkin pie out of one left over pumpkin and the other one is just staring at me saying, “do something with me, too!”
    I’ve never made anything from an actual pumpkin before, so I couldn’t begin to fathom some kind of conversion rate for a can of pumpkin versus what’s actually inside of a real one.
