Our 5 Registered Dietitian Nutritionists have degrees in Nutrition Science, are Registered Dietitians and are Licensed Dietitian Nutritionists in the State of Maryland.
Diana is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and founded Nourish in 2009.
Diana specializes in helping people to make realistic changes that work with their lifestyle to yield big results. She enjoys working with clients who struggle with weight management or chronic diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol or PCOS. Diana specializes in sports nutrition for athletes of all ages and levels.
Diana is a sought-after speaker and presenter. She provides Workplace Wellness, including seminars, cooking demonstrations, individual nutrition counseling and wellness programs to hundreds of corporations and non-profits of all sizes. She develops unique programming and is an engaging, dynamic speaker and presenter. Diana also works with industry for recipe development, nutrition writing and nutrition analysis. She has been a featured speaker at many conferences, from topics ranging from disease-specific nutrition to supplements in sports.

Melanie is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified LEAP Therapist. She is also certified in adult weight management through the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Since joining Nourish in 2014, Melanie has provided nutrition counseling services, group seminars, cooking demonstrations, and given expert nutrition advice to her clients and the public.
Melanie practices medical nutrition therapy to help her clients prevent or manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, PCOS, and heart disease through diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes. Change can be a scary subject, and Melanie loves nothing more than to empower clients to make small, sustainable changes to reach their health and wellness goals!
Melanie specializes in food allergies and sensitivities by offering the Lifestyle Eating and Performance (LEAP) program to reduce inflammation and eliminate symptoms of adverse food reactions. Her creativity in the kitchen and knowledge of alternative ingredients helps individuals and families make meal planning stress-free.
Melanie also helps clients with a history of disordered eating or chronic dieting. She motivates and guides her clients to find their balance with food and exercise by ditching deprivation and feeling good in their bodies. By teaching mindful and intuitive eating strategies, her clients are able to stop stressing about food and enrich their lives. She strives to show her clients that eating well and preparing your own meals doesn’t have to be complicated or boring—but rather, enjoyable and even quite tasty.
When Melanie is not at Nourish, you can find her outdoors and on the water. She enjoys spending time with her family boating, paddleboarding, hiking or biking around Baltimore/DC. Other areas of interests are watching cute puppy videos, impromptu road trips, and picnics. Her favorite foods include Thai cuisine, blueberry muffins, anything topped with avocado, and a good powerhouse sandwich.Affiliated With:
Mandy is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and is a Certified Lactation Counselor through The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.
She has experience in providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with diabetes and other lifestyle-related diseases but has a real love of working with kids and new moms. She has presented on a wide variety of nutrition topics and held cooking demonstrations locally and nationally. Before becoming a dietitian, she had the pleasure of feeding the circus elephants, making Maryland’s largest salad, selling bread at the height of the Atkins Diet craze, and developing a cookbook for one of the nation’s top-selling pretzel companies.
Samantha is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She works with multiple disease states, including but not limited to diabetes, renal disease, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders (IBS, IBD, GERD, etc.), and obesity. Samantha specializes in working with oncology and gastrointestinal surgical patients, helping people optimize their nutrition while receiving cancer treatments and also while recovering from major surgeries. She also has experience working as a college sports nutrition dietitian to help enhance overall performance and recovery for athletes.
Samantha helps guide and educate her clients to achieve their individual nutrition and health goals using evidence-based practice while accommodating client’s busy daily lifestyles. Samantha is passionate about providing realistic nutrition goals for each individual client, including balance and moderation to find what works best for them.
Abby is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist.
She believes that realistic goals, moderation, and support are the key to achieving a healthier lifestyle. She is passionate about helping clients optimize their health and find balance by incorporating diet, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.
Abby has extensive experience and a passion for working with children, individuals, and families to achieve their weight loss goals and an overall healthier lifestyle. Additionally, she worked at a weight loss camp for children and teens, incorporating daily nutrition education lessons and interactive cooking demonstrations to provide campers with the knowledge to prepare a variety of foods and make healthier choices. Abby has experience providing medical nutrition therapy to adults in a clinical setting including stroke patients, and various disease states including diabetes, heart disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.
When Abby is not at Nourish, you can find her in her kitchen experimenting with a new recipe, spending time with her family, or jogging around Baltimore.
