The New York Times has an article today about the effect of food marketing aimed at kids. As a parent and a nutritionist, this is an issue that really drives me crazy. The amount of money and time that is spent by marketers to create advertisements that are irresistible to kids is enormous. Read the article and share your thoughts. Do you buy foods that your children see advertised? Do you think your kids would ask for so much junk if they didn’t see it on tv?
