By making regular exercise part of your routine not only will be become healthier but it will be easier to keep the pounds off. One of the biggest predictors of long-term weight loss maintenance is whether or not a person exercises routinely. So how much is enough? Recommendations are for at least 30 minutes 5 times per week. If that seems like a daunting amount, it need not be. You can get that 30 minutes per day in shorter intervals. For example, you can walk your dog for 10 minutes in the morning, walk up and down the stairs at work during your lunch break for 10 minutes and do a workout video for another 10 minutes in the evening. Done! The important thing is that you get moving and you do it regularly.
